About Equilibrium

Equilibrium Chiropractic and Wellness Centre began in Lindsay, Ontario in the 1970’s with Dr. Ron Hay.

After 30 successful years, Dr. Hay retired and Dr. Mark Citro took over the reins, and CitroTherapy was born, with Dr. Citro and his sister, Angela, providing chiropractic and registered massage therapy services to the town and surrounding area. In 2009, the clinic grew once again, with Dr. Dwayne Hooper joining to also provide chiropractic services to the residents of Lindsay and the Kawartha Lakes.

In 2013, the clinic expanded in its current location to provide more space for chiropractic, acupuncture, and laser therapies. The name change to Equilibrium Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, was made to reflect the philosophy that health and wellness is achieved through multiple approaches. We believe that Equilibrium encompasses this concept of balanced health and well-being.
