Dr. Mark Citro, BHk, D.C.
Dr. Mark Citro attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic 2006. Prior to obtaining his chiropractic degree, Dr. Citro graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours). Following Chiropractic College Dr. Citro attained certification in Clinical Acupuncture at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and was also previously certified as a personal trainer. In addition to more traditional Chiropractic treatments, Dr. Citro utilizes a variety of soft tissue therapies, modalities, exercise recommendations, and acupuncture treatments.
Dr. Dwayne Hooper, BSc, D.C.
Dr. Dwayne Hooper attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic 2005. Prior to obtaining his chiropractic degree, Dr. Hooper graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. (Hon) with specialization in Biomedical Science. Dr. Hooper believes in using a variety of treatment approaches to customize treatments on an individual patient basis. In addition to more traditional Chiropractic treatments, Dr. Hooper incorporates more contemporary methods such as myofascial release and instrument augmented soft tissue mobilization.
Marlee Davenport, RMT
Marlee is a graduate of Trillium College. She has been a practicing RMT since 2022. Originally from Bowmanville, she now lives in Lindsay. A great listener, Marlee provides treatment that is tailored to the areas you want to focus on. She has experience working with clients of all ages and can provide deep-tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
Christina Downey, RMT
Christina is a graduate of the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Fleming College, having completed her studies in 2019, while balancing the demands of raising a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old.
As a dedicated mom of two, Christina brings a soft, open, and holistic approach to her practice, creating a safe and nurturing space for all of her clients. Her commitment to personal growth and healing led her to complete trauma-informed training, which enables her to offer even deeper support to her clients on their healing journeys.
Christina has also pursued additional training in craniosacral therapy, cupping, and yoga, expanding the range of therapies she offers to her clients. Her primary focus is always on her clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for.
When she’s not practicing, you’ll find Christina enjoying the simple pleasures of life—crocheting, exploring the woods, dipping her toes in water, or embracing her children with open arms.
Shannon Janes
Shannon began her healthcare journey at Fleming College, where she completed the Personal Support Worker (PSW) program. While working as a PSW, she returned to Fleming in 2014 to pursue her Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) designation. Since then, Shannon has gained valuable experience working in both nursing and retirement homes.
Passionate about specialized care, she furthered her education at Mohawk College, completing certifications in Basic, Advanced, and Diabetic Foot Care. Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every client she serves.
Natasha Bukowski
Natasha Bukowski is a Certified Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada who specializes in Core Reflexology. She focuses on providing therapeutic Reflexology treatments by stimulating and manipulating reflexes in the feet to help energize the body, while promoting relaxation, tension relief and well-being.
Natasha is also certified in Relaxation Massage, and Indian Head Massage she is committed to furthering her knowledge and education in other Holistic practices.
She has a sincere and strong desire in helping individuals. In her spare time she enjoys nature, hiking spending time with her family.
Lori Sokolow, Office Administrator
Lori resides in Beaverton, but is originally a ‘Northern Girl’ from Thunder Bay. She has over 20 years experience working with individuals with autism and children in the schools. She has 3 grown children and a granddaughter who keeps her very busy! When Lori isn’t chasing her granddaughter around, she helps her husband with his business and enjoys reading and knitting!
Penny Knapp, Receptionist
Penny was a registered dental hygienist in orthodontics for 41 years. She has a background in cranial-facial pain, TMD, sleep-disordered breathing conditions and headache pain. A lifelong learner, she is eager to help our patients to feel better through the various chiropractic techniques and massage therapy that we offer. Penny is now a full-time resident of Little Britain and when not working she enjoys various creative outlets, spending time with her cats and enjoying time on the lake.
Linda Vass, Receptionist
Linda is a dedicated front office professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, primarily in dental assisting and administration. In addition to her healthcare expertise, Linda has a background in catering and a true love for cooking, which adds a personal touch to everything she does. A proud mother of four and grandmother of six, Linda’s own journey with Fibromyalgia and arthritis led her to discover the healing benefits of chiropractic care. Now, she’s passionate about helping others find the relief and support they need while bringing a caring, hands-on approach to her role in the chiropractic office.
